We do not use customer workload data, prompts, or model inputs to train public foundation models. Customer data processed on CubCloud infrastructure remains under customer control and is handled according to your service agreement and our Data Handling Policy.

- Service providers who assist with hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, customer relationship management, and telecommunications — only as needed to perform services on our behalf and subject to contractual confidentiality obligations

SMS Text Messaging & VoIP Communications
CubCloud may contact you by SMS text message and by voice over IP (VoIP) and traditional telephone for customer care, account management, sales follow-up, and service notifications related to our sovereign AI infrastructure and related offerings.
SMS text messaging
If you opt in to our SMS program, we may send recurring automated informational and customer care text messages, including appointment reminders, deployment updates, account notifications, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information sharing. Mobile information and mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.

VoIP and voice calls
We may place or receive voice calls using VoIP and traditional telephony for purposes such as:
- Responding to sales, partnership, and general inquiries
- Scheduling and conducting demos and technical consultations
- Providing customer support and incident coordination
- Delivering account, billing, and service-related notices by phone when appropriate
When you call us or we call you, we may collect your phone number, call duration, time and date of the call, and notes or recordings where permitted by law and disclosed at the time of the call or in advance. Call recordings, if used, are retained only as long as needed for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, then deleted or de-identified according to our retention practices.
VoIP services may rely on telecommunications infrastructure partners operating under their own privacy and security obligations. We select providers that support our commitment to reliable, professional communications for Montana and regional customers.
You may request that we not contact you by phone for marketing purposes. We will honor such requests while continuing to send legally required or essential service-related communications by other channels where appropriate.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
